Pilot Place Society offers services tailored to each resident developed in consultation with the residents, their families, health care professionals, and PPS support staff.

- Medication Administration ensured in accordance with health care professionals
- Appointment attendance ensured, staff accompaniment available when required
- Psychiatric Consultation regularly available
- Case Management arrangements provided when required
- Healthy Meals, with consideration for special dietary needs, prepared by cooking staff
- Laundry cleaned by support staff
- Resident Room Cleaning assisted and/or supervised by support staff
- Resident Room Furnishing & Maintenance managed by support staff
- RECOMMENDED SERVICES
- Grooming & Hygiene ensured, with assistance and/or supervision when required
- Hair Care arranged by support staff, when required
- Foot Care arranged by support staff, when required
- Money Management offered in collaboration with trustees, when requested
- Smoking Management program developed and implemented, when requested
- Work Skills Training in preparation for community programs, when suitable
- VOLUNTARY SERVICES
- Pet Care assisted and/or supervised by support staff
- Gardening & Plant Care assisted and/or supervised by support staff
- Exercise encouraged and arranged by support staff
- Gift Baskets available for family and friends, prepared by support staff
- In-House Activities, such as Bingo and movies, coordinated by support staff
- Day Trips, including the CNE and Stratford Festival, accompanied by support staff
- Overnight Trips to cottages, accompanied by support staff
- Holiday Celebrations for residents, families, friends, and staff, with a buffet meal
- Birthday Celebrations with a cake and gift for each resident
